‘Tis the season everyone. Love this guy and he is a great player. I saw him with the Stray Cats and the BSO a few times. I actualy met him back in the early 90′s on Halloween at the Ritz in NYC at a Stray Cats gig. Nice guy. Enjoy!!!

Ok, guitar maniac peeps. I added a photo that I found on the interwebz of the Gretsch Trestle Bracing. This bracing keeps your Gretsch guitars equipped with this feature from uncontrollable feedback. Here’s a great tip on how to help keep those guitars in tune that have a Bigsby & a Tune-o-matic bridge. The strings can sometimes get hung up in the saddles and this easy mod can really help. I would not do this mod to an original vintage ABR-1 however. Get a good replacement if [...]
