I think you could get a Bigsby equipped guitar to stay in tune with a regular tune-o-matic. I believe that Schaller makes a tune-o-matic type bridge with roller saddles that may be a bit better.. I think most tuning problems come from the nut and not the bridge. The section where I show how to run strings through the tailpiece is the part to pay attention to. This allows you to screw the tailpiece all the way down and the break angle from the tailpiece over the bridge saddles will be better. Check it out and let me know if you have any more questions.
