The Brown Note amplifier manufacturing company of Fair Oaks, California is taking advance orders for their soon to be released Wrecklite 18. The amp will be based on the designs of the late Ken Fischer of Trainwreck amplifiers. The new model will be available as a head with the sale price of $1650.00. Features include: Normal Input, Parallel Triode Input, Volume, Treble, Mid, Bass, Presence, a Brown Power/Full Power Switch, 4-8-16 ohm speaker selector switch and two speaker jacks. Tube compliment will be (3) 12AX7′s, (2) EL84′s and an EZ81 rectifier tube. Like an original ‘wreck the sound will be rich in harmonics and sustain with full bottom end articulation. It will also have excellent dynamics and be highly responsive to the guitar’s volume control. The Brown Note also has 3 other models in their line including the D’Lite, Voxy Brown and the Lite 18 as well as high quality amp kits.
